WHY I'M RUNNING

​Cambridge is at an important moment. ​​Growth is coming. Our choice is whether we simply react to it or use it to build a more connected, prosperous and welcoming Cambridge.

I am running because I believe Ward 7 deserves a councillor who will protect the strength of our neighbourhoods while helping Cambridge confidently embrace new residents, new businesses, new investment and new ideas.

I have spent my career turning plans into action—in business, community organizations, public governance and day-to-day operations. ​I know that even the best idea is only the beginning. Leadership requires asking the right questions, building support, understanding the budget and working with others to produce solutions that can actually be delivered.
​Every tax dollar should support a clear priority, deliver measurable value and strengthen Cambridge for the long term.

Growth is coming. Our task is to shape it so that Cambridge ​becomes more connected, prosperous, and welcoming. We must also ensure that both established and growing neighbourhoods ​become stronger because of it.

I’ve spent my life bringing people together to solve real community challenges, from supporting families and individuals in crisis to balancing multi-million-dollar education budgets. Now, I want to bring that same collaborative, values-driven leadership to City Hall, where decisions about housing, growth, and community well-being are made.
