Division Coordinator for Mentor Discover Inspire (MDI), responsible for administration of 6 men's teams across southern Ontario from 2020 - present
Launched Clear Path Employer Services, an HR consulting firm, with my wife in 2003, grew it from a one-woman operation to a team of 20+ HR professionals before selling the business in 2017
